What quite content does Oculus really need?

What quite content does Oculus really need? Whenever an industry promotes a replacement entertainment platform — colour television , the VCR, Blu-ray, VR — it faces an equivalent classic quandary. Consumers won't invest during a new system unless there's great content available for it. Meanwhile, great independent content producers won't make that material until the platform features a lot of users. So how do initial platform creators like Oculus get that content to start with? They buy it. They buy it by building internal content studios, by buying already-successful studios (as Oculus did in November by acquiring the maker of Beat Saber), and by directly paying, subsidizing and assisting outside developers to form what they hope is compelling, platform-defining content. Modern VR's top consumer category has been games. New images of Oculus Quest 2 and its launch date have been revealed.

New images of Oculus Quest 2 and its launch date have been revealed.

Operating in many areas, Facebook had been known for some time to be working on a next-generation Oculus Quest helmet. After dozens of leaks, images of the second generation Oculus Quest and the launch date of the device have now emerged online.

Facebook may last year launched its virtual reality glasses, called Oculus Quest, which acquired virtual reality technology company Oculus in 2014. With a starting price of $ 399 and an all-in-one VR concept, the first Oculus Quest was able to get users to appreciate its ability to operate without the need for computers, cables or additional hardware.

After the success of the first product, rumors had been circulating for some time that Facebook was working on a second-generation Oculus Quest. Even in a report published a few months ago, rendering images of the second-generation VR title had been shared. Now new images, said to belong to Oculus Quest 2, and the launch date of the device have been revealed.

Launch date and new footage of Oculus Quest 2 revealed:

Earlier leaks mentioned that Facebook had originally planned for the launch of the second-generation Oculus quest in late 2020, but plans were delayed to 2021 due to the Coronavirus outbreak. But Facebook September 15 will introduce Oculus Quest 2, which is not far away, according to new claims, making changes to its plans.

When we look at the images, we can say that the second generation Oculus Quest offers a more aesthetically pleasing look compared to the original Oculus Quest, which was released in May 2019. The next generation, which is said to be lighter compared to the first product, is also equipped with lenses that provide higher resolution and a wider field of view.

The first Oculus Quest to make an effective entry into the VR world with its wireless structure and no need for a PC, it managed to become one of the affordable VR helmets in the industry with a starting price of $ 399. At this point, sources state that Oculus may be offering Quest 2 for sale at an even more affordable price.
